Our mission is to inform you crystal clear of the methods your personal data are obtained, the purposes of processing those, legal grounds and the rights you have in line with your satisfaction.

Our company, Aşoğlu Group Construction & Construction Materials Limited Co., in the capacity of Controller, might acquire, record, store, preserve, update for the purpose of maintaining the services, modify, reconstitute, disclose to the third parties in the cases and to the extent allowed by the regulations, assign, transfer, share, classify, anonymise and process in the other manners listed in the law the personal information as all kinds of personal data and sensitive personal data including biometric data, health data, etc. (“Data”) either released by yourself or obtained by our company within the scope of its formalities and transactions in the context elucidated by the law as per the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (abbreviated as KVKK in Turkish) No. 6698 enacted on 7th April 2016.

The purposes and legal reasons to process your personal data: Your personal data are processed for the purpose of accomplishing, conducting and improving operations within the scope of our field of activity in the context of the regulations; executing the promotion, marketing and campaign activities for those services and products; fulfilling the necessary in the contracts concluded by your and/or our side; practising intelligence and information investigations and credibility valuation; making the studies of planning, statistics and customer satisfaction; maintaining security; abiding liabilities of storing information, reporting and briefing set forth by the authorities; providing better and more reliable services for you; developing products and services more favourable for you and sustaining those uninterruptedly; and the other reasons.

The method to collect personal data: Your personal data might be collected in automatic or non-automatic methods, in written, verbally or electronically.

The persons/institutions the data might be transferred for the purpose specified above: Your personal data might be transferred to the affiliates of our institution and their subsidiaries; employees, company officers, legal, financial and tax consultants, auditors, persons, institutions and organisations permitted by the provisions of the legislation and the other third parties upon your explicit consent. The rights you have within the scope of the Article #11 of the Law: By applying to our company, you have the rights (a) to receive information on whether your personal data are processed or not, (b) to request information if your personal data have been processed, (c) to receive information on the purpose of processing your data and whether those have been used for the intended purposes, (ç) to know about the third parties at home or abroad that your personal data have been transferred, (d) to request the amendment of the data if processed incompletely or inaccurately, (e) to request your personal data to be deleted or disposed within the scope of the circumstances set forth in the Article #7 of the Law, (f) to request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with the sub- paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties that your personal data have been transferred, (g) to object to the consequences against you due to the processing of your personal data being analysed by means of automatic systems exclusively (ğ) to request indemnification of the loss if you suffer any due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

It is possible to exercise your rights as of 07-10-2016, the effective date of the regulation, and we do reserve the right to demand from your side the expenses covered by our company in order to fulfil your requests in accordance with the tariff specified in the Article #13, with the title “Application to the Controller”, of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, titled "Application to the Data Controller".
